Shipping policy
Guests can pick it up at STUDIO or call a bicycle.
Please note:
- The closing time of our store is variable, please come to the store to pick up the goods according to the reserved time.
- If you need to change the appointment time, please call delivery colleague Ah K (57253278) as soon as possible and we will try our best to cooperate.
In addition, CALL car guests please note:
- Our store will not be responsible for any damage caused by shipping.
- Guests can request cake photos in advance.
- Please do not CALL motorcycles.
- After calling the car, please WhatsApp the driver’s license plate and contact information to the delivery colleague Ah K, and ask the driver/soldier to provide the order phone number when picking up the goods.

⚠️Late arrival surcharge outside business hours⚠️
Within one hour – $100
Within two hours – $300
*General closing time is 19:00, if closing earlier, no further notice will be given.
*It depends on whether the delivery colleague's time allows you to wait, otherwise the goods will be picked up the next working day.
*If the customer cannot pick up the goods on the next working day, the order will be deemed abandoned and no refund will be given.
