Return and exchange policy
- Under any circumstances and reasons, after the order is paid, the transaction cannot be canceled or refunded unless the store is unable to supply the goods.
- If the order is placed two days before pickup, our store may not be able to process the order, and a full refund will be issued at that time.
- If the order is not as expected due to customer negligence (including incorrect personal information, phone number, address), the store will not be responsible, so please note.
- If the order is canceled under any circumstances, the purchase money cannot be refunded.
