Ans:
We recommend eating today! Because the mochi snow inside the cake will harden if it takes too long, and we use animal cream, which will slowly soften when placed in the refrigerator, so it tastes best if eaten today. If necessary, store in the refrigerator for up to one day.

Q: Can I have less sugar?
Ans:
We don’t recommend cutting out the sugar, because it won’t taste as good after reducing the sugar. If it’s your first time trying our cakes, you can try the most regular version. So far, no customers have said that the cakes are too sweet. If there is any other need to reduce sugar, you can make a note of "less sugar" when placing your order.

Q: How to place an order? Cake price?
Please go to www.ho9cake.com to place your order. The website has the same flavors and styles currently offered by our store. If the product cannot be added to the shopping cart, it means that we do not currently provide the product.

We generally recommend booking at least one week in advance. Orders placed 1-2 days before delivery will be charged 20% and 10% rush order fees respectively. [Subject to payment time]

Please contact us via WhatsApp/Instagram and indicate the pickup date, desired cake size and flavor. After receiving the information, we will reply as soon as possible whether we can accept the order.

We usually open orders for the next month around the 20th of each month. Stay tuned for updates on Instagram! In addition to FPS, are there any other payment methods? We currently only support bank FPS. Thank you for your understanding for the inconvenience!

Guests can pick it up at the studio or call a truck/infantry by themselves ~ There is no subway station for delivery.

Q: Can I call a car on my behalf? Call car method?
Ans:
Due to shortage of manpower, we have not arranged valet call service. Most of the past customers used Gogovan/Lalamove, just download the app and follow the instructions to enter! We generally recommend calling Van/Infantry, please do not call Motorcycles.

Ans:
Please notify us at least 3 days before settlement if you want to change the date. Changes cannot be made on the same day. Please notify us as soon as possible if you want to change the time. Please note that all changes can only be arranged as much as possible ~

Ans:
Yellow Rain, Red Rain, Typhoon Signal No. 1 and No. 3:
– Open as normal and cannot be rescheduled due to bad weather.
Black rain, typhoon signal No. 8 or above:
– If a black rainstorm or tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above is hoisted at or before 10 a.m. on that day, all settlements on that day will be canceled and other arrangements will be made.
– After 10 a.m. on the same day, black rainstorm or tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above is hoisted. Customers can choose to pick up the goods on the same day or the next working day.
If you need to reschedule, please inform us before 11:00 the night before settlement. The paid amount can be retained as shopping credit. If no rescheduling notice is received before the time limit, it will be deemed that you agree to the above arrangements of our store. Please note that all cakes are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding!
